For Jo-Malone’s How-To Videos, East of Normal built the inside of a classic, elegant Jo Malone store, complete with vanity table and striped wallpaper.
Using a handheld camera and utilizing close-ups, director Trevor Undi recreated the intimacy of a clerk-customer relationship. The resulting videos teach staff worldwide about how to package gifts, speak to visitors and recommend scents in a manner befitting a brand that owns the sophisticated retail niche.
